Rates for Shelley A. Hanson, LPC, LMFT
$100 per 50-minute session

Rates for Holly S. Beckman, MA
$90 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Neither counselors are currently contracted with specific insurance agencies.  Both counselors ask clients to pay at time of service, we will supply you with the appropriate receipts and coding so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and based upon need.  Please discuss this with your counselor/therapist.

Payment
Cash or check are both accepted.  We are not set up for credit/debit cards at this time. Payment due at time of services.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at by 5:00 p.m. the previous day, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked.
